CRY6151 Electroacoustic Analyzer

CRY6151 electroacoustic analysis system is a fully functional electroacoustic device tester launched by our company, with a history of 10 years. It is powerful, highly stable, and capable of measuring the performance indicators of various electroacoustic devices such as headphones (USB, Bluetooth, Regular), microphones (Electret, MEMS, Dynamic), headset microphone combinations, receivers/headphone speakers, speakers/sound boxes (regular, Bluetooth), communication headsets, crossover devices, and other electroacoustic components. These indicators include sensitivity (SPL), impedance, total harmonic distortion (THD), resonance frequency (F0), left-right headphone balance, left-right headphone positioning, phase, polarity, microphone current and voltage, signal-to-noise ratio, microphone directivity, speaker TS parameters, telephone receiver loudness, transmission loudness, and more. The test frequency range can reach 20Hz to 20kHz.

Hardware

  • Using a four-channel data acquisition system, it allows simultaneous testing of two headphone and two microphone components on the same device
  • Hardware includes sound card module, power amplifier, signal processing, USB communication, combining software to achieve testing of various electroacoustic devices
  • The chassis design uses a simple USB 2.0 interface to transmit data, meeting the various testing environment requirements of customers

Software

  • SonoLab is compatible with Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 10 (both 32-bit and 64-bit systems), with appropriate drivers required for installation based on the specific operating environment. It features a user-friendly interface, easy operation, and powerful functionality
  • It boasts a user-friendly interface and robust functionality, offering a range of sweep methods to suit various testing needs. These include effective value sweeps, fast-stepping sweeps, high-precision stepping sweeps, multi-tone tests, white noise, and pink noise. Users can select the most suitable method for their specific test scenarios and requirements, ensuring optimal performance and flexibility
  • With a single frequency sweep, it can measure and determine parameters such as frequency response, sensitivity (SPL), total harmonic distortion (THD), impedance, resonance frequency (F0), phase, balance, and polarity. This ensures higher testing accuracy and faster speeds

Software

  • One of the earliest instruments in China capable of testing Bluetooth audio, with automatic pairing, no need for manual clicks
  • Powerful sequence editing function, featuring a virtual signal generator, multimeter, and comprehensive saving capabilities, fully adapting to both laboratory and production line applications
  • Device sorting can be based on sensitivity or frequency response frame, and device barcodes can be read
